These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the organisation operating the d7438 platform ("Company") and any individual or entity ("User" or "Player") who uses the d7438 website, mobile version, or any related services.

These Terms are published in Bengali and that version shall be considered the authoritative text. d7438 operates under applicable law in its governing jurisdiction and provides services to players in Bangladesh.

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found to belong to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses may be forfeited.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

d7438 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these thresholds will not be processed.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. This timeframe may increase if identity verification is pending or if the Company needs to carry out a review.

4.4 Third-Party Accounts

Depositing from a third-party account or withdrawing to someone else's account is strictly prohibited. d7438 reserves the right to cancel such transactions and suspend the accounts involved.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse — such as claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts, virtual betting, or any other scheme — is strictly prohibited. d7438 reserves the right to forfeit bonuses and close accounts in such cases.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

d7438 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion without prior notice. If the terms of an ongoing offer change, notice will be published to your registered email or on the platform.

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.1 Sports Betting

• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any cheat software is prohibited.
• Any attempt to influence game outcomes will result in account closure.
• Collusion or misconduct involving other players is strictly prohibited.

9.1 Closure by the Company

d7438 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice, for any reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms. Whether any legitimate balance (excluding bonuses) is returned will depend on the nature of the breach.

9.2 Closure by the Player

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. It is recommended that you withdraw all legitimate balances before closing your account.

9.3 Self-Exclusion
